Delete your data

Moona has no account, no server and no online backup. Everything you log stays on your phone. So there is no request to send us: deletion is done from the app, and it is complete.

From the app

  1. Open Settings, bottom right.
  2. Tap My data.
  3. Tap Erase all my data, then confirm.

Erased immediately and permanently: logged days, symptoms, notes, settings, first name, and any cycle received from a partner. Nothing is kept, anywhere, in any form.

By uninstalling

Uninstalling the app also deletes all of its data, since it lives only in the app's storage. No copy remains after uninstalling.

What we do not hold. No cycle data, no address, no advertising identifier, no usage statistics. The app connects to no server, and sharing with a partner passes a calculation in a link, never your journal.

Before erasing

If you want to keep a record, Settings then My data lets you export your journal to a readable file, which you store wherever you like. That file is yours and is never sent to us.
