Your cycle in four seasons.
And it never leaves your phone.
Moona tracks your period, symptoms and energy with no account and no ads. A dial tells you where you are; recipes, plants and gentle practices follow the phase you are in; and if you want, your temperature reads ovulation in your body.

Honest predictions
Computed from your real cycles. Logged, inferred and projected do not look the same, and when your cycles vary you get a range, not a date.
Read ovulation in your body
Waking temperature and cervical mucus, read with the three-over-six rule of the Sensiplan method. The next period then follows from your luteal phase, to the day.
Eat with your cycle
Twenty-four recipes, six per phase, each with the hormonal link explained. Four diets, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory.
Soothe
Plants, practices and exercises against pain, with an honest level of evidence and the cautions read before the steps.
Discretion
A black-and-white lunar mode, a lock on opening, reminders without the word “period” on the lock screen.
For your doctor
A PDF summary of your cycles and feelings to bring to an appointment. And a partner link that does not contain your journal.
What it costs
Logging your period, the calendar, the next dates, the PDF summary, export and restore: free, forever, no account and no trial. The rest is part of a plan; all three unlock the same thing.
Monthly
To try without committing. Cancel from the store at any time.
Yearly
That is €1.67 a month. The standard price.
Lifetime
One payment, never a subscription. Restores on a new phone.
Payment goes through the App Store or Google Play. We see neither your name nor your payment method; a subscription is cancelled from your store settings. Prices shown in euros; your store shows your local price. Subscription terms.
Questions
Why pay when other private apps are free?
Tracking is free here too, forever. The plan pays for the content (recipes, plants, practices with their level of evidence), trends and the natural method, made by a very small team with no ads and no data resale.
What happens if I change phones?
Export your journal as a file from Settings and restore it on the new phone. The plan follows your App Store or Google Play account: “Restore purchases” brings it back.
Is it a contraceptive?
No. Moona never marks a day as safe. The symptothermal method can be a contraceptive in the hands of someone trained by a certified teacher; the app is then a notebook, not a guarantee.
What leaves my phone?
Your cycle, symptoms and notes never leave the device. Only anonymous usage measures and crash reports are sent, with no health data: it is written in the Privacy page.
My cycles are not 28 days.
Most people’s are not. Moona accepts cycles from 15 to 60 days, computes from your real averages and gives a range when they vary.
Moona makes no diagnosis and does not replace medical advice.
